After this last year of minimal music’s orgy and before we are all starting to transform ourselves instantly into computer geeks while we are on the dance floor, our 2 homies are on to some deep house melodic grooves! Deeds almost sounds like a John Barry’s james bond theme, with hit chords and its melodic bass line, revisited by John Tejada (an honor for Trenton) in a more „straight to the floor“ way. Kurtney is definitely tainted by some serious old school deep house and even has a Pepe Bradock’s flair but of course the funky drumming edits are here to remind us of TvS & Aera’s ability to built up beats.
